  3. In this new digital and data-centric era, the way the HR and talent functions drive value to the business is rapidly changing. With businesses requiring more differentiated experiences, talent management must be re-imagined to deliver better business outcomes and value, thus ensuring all functions max out their productivity and collectively work together to help attract, grow, and retain the industry’s best talent.
